Today has been a pretty good day around the WILLIAMS HOUSEHOLD, we are all feeling about 85% better which is always a good thing, hoping we will all be 100% be the weekend!!! Today was all about the FUN FRIDAY FOTO challenge!!! I am running behind on getting my pictures posted to my blog, but i did manage to keep my pictures posted daily!! but for today's picture nothing special other than I HAVE HAD a whole WEEK of sickness in my house;( hopefully we are all getting over it!!! No fun when everyone is sick.. Zane had the crud, Zoe double ear infections, Lance getting over stomach bug, and me had a horrible sinus headaches/infections! Today has not been a good day for me nor my daughter zoe, she keep me up all night with her ear hurting, but finally got into the doctors office this am, and she has double ear infections which makes me very sad for her;( she is in so much pain. Hopefully she will be feeling better soon when these antibiotics get in her! For today's daily challenge picture is exactly how i felt!!! Cause there is always someone around you or you know or seems like in any thing going on in your life, that one PERSON THAT is so darn NEGATIVE in life and seems to just be the ONE that THINK they KNOW IT ALL which leads them to being a SMARTA$$ in my book;) I know you all get my drift hahah but i hope you all have a wonderful afternoon and as always KEEP SHOOTING&SMILING;)

Gosh where did the day and time go?!?!?! Anyways, i have been doing all my lovely wife duties;) and yay so excited iam almost done, i have one more load of clothes and my job will be complete!!!! Today's picture has alot of meaning to me, i tried to describe how i was feeling in a picture, but i absolutely love doing photography it is my passion, i love learning new things every day and things that make me to become a better photographer, and In photography iam in it for my passion, not to see how many clients i can get and how much money i can make!!! WOW iam at day 53 and still going strong!!!! I hope you all had a wonderful MONDAY, mine was ok we Finally got our taxes done and very pleased with the refund that makes me a happy girl, but one thing iam not happy about it my baby ZANE is sick and running a low grade fever;( hope he gets to feeling better soon... Ok so my picture of the day IS soo funny, My hubby has his own tile company, and in his box truck him and his workers thought it would be fun to save all their energy drink cans everyday, so lance stuck them to the back wall of his truck and It is sooooooooo many, that i couldn't take a picture of the full look, but i did get what i thought was cool looking, Everyone will stop him and ask him for monster shirts and drinks cause they think he works for the company!!! SUNSHINE... DID you see that YES we have finally seen some SUNSHINE, and it feels wonderful, but today has been great!! Other than both my babies not feeling good.. Zoe has a cold and just coughing and Zane's Asthma is flared up and it makes me sad to see my babies not feeling good;( I hope you all have had a wonderful weekend!!!!

YAY for day 50 iam so excited i have made it this far!! What a day, Last day of the kids off day from school, back to reality tomorrow, but we have had nothing but FUN since they been off last thursday!!! Today is FAT TUESDAY in downtown mobile, al Which we did not go to any parades this year, me personally i just dont think its a place for kids!! Not saying anything about those that do, just for me personally i do not want my kids around a bunch of DRUNKS;) and just people fighting over some beads and moonpies, hahah i mean i will have a drink every now and then, but iam sure you girls GET MY DRIFT:) But today i wanted to do something with mardi gras, so i decided to just take this picture and call it a day...We have enjoyed our mardi gras day right in the safe of my living room, watching it live coverage on the news and got silly and went outside and threw the kids beads and moonpies and we LAUGHED together and had a great time..... Wow what a day!! I really enjoyed every minute of it, i had 2 photo shoots which we had so much fun, but also had just "SOME ME TIME" Zane n Zoe enjoyed a day with their Nana, my lovely mother took them to the movies and had a picnic at the park!! YAY for almost the weekend, and we are soooooooooo STOKED that they are saying 100% chance of snow for us tomorrow?!?! RIGHT i said it, SNOW GIRLS!!! WOOHOO i must first start off by saying, Iam so stoked i made it to day 40!! But, the way i am feeling today is JUST ALWAYS BE YOURSELF!!! Hope all my blogger friends have a awesome afternoon;)

At first look the phrase “be yourself” makes you go – “the heck with what others think! I will do what ever I wish!!!” start out on that foot and you will soon enough know what I meant when I said “you will repent this”. Or if you are not amongst the more aggressive lot you just might end up giving up all hope saying “that’s just me, I can’t get any thing done, who cares what others say??” – Again a very self-destructive attitude. What it means to be yourself is first – accept who you are, then find out what points you are good at and what are the ones holding you back (every one has good and bad points – so don’t worry) and then capitalize on your strengths and selectively do away with your weaknesses. As you can see – the advice of being yourself is just the beginning! To be yourself is to be yourself to the fullest. Live the life of your dreams, get all that you ever wanted; it means to grow and flourish. Love yourself and then learn to Love others.

I so need a day of relaxation, do you?!?! I think every woman needs a day of this!!! We tend to handle everything in the house;) i appreciate my husband that works to provide for my family, but sometimes i just need a BREAK to have ME TIME!! But hey don't we all!!! Today was such a beauitful day in my town, so i had a wonderful walk and just relaxed and soaked up some sunshine!! Wow, what a day i have had!!! If you all have been reading my post i have been walking and watching what i eat, i got up to 4 1/2 miles today and weighed in and have lost 6 pounds, so that makes me smiles and also makes me very proud to seei am progressing!!!! So, today is just one of them days!! It is too cold to go out and do anything, so we are stuck inside, but their is never been a dull moment in my family, its pretty amazing to just have a family day!!! Iam really stoked about being on my 30th day with my challenge this year!!! That makes me SMILE, and also another thing that makes me smile, is that i just love being around the ones that i truly love oh and the ones that truly love us;)

I wanted to venture out and get some different nature shots today, but the one thing that stuck out at me was in this ladys yard!! One of those gazing garden balls, so i snapped and looked at it and thats when my quote came to mind!!! "WE ALL FEEL BLUE EVERY ONCE IN A WHILE IN OUR LIFE" So with this, Iam really feeling blue about the weather today!! I am ready to see the blue skies, and the sunshine so beautiful!!! Me on the other hand not so good, iam just having a night of BLAH, iam sure we have all felt like that from time to time, I have been walking 3 miles each morning which iam very proud of myself, but gosh i feel so drained tonight for some reason!! guess that means i need to step up my game in the exercise world huh?! Today i have really done something wonderful and feel great about myself, I have been wanting to start walking and just getting some daily exercise, so i woke up with a new attitude! So i joined a friend in her walking group and walked with them, and guess what i walked 3 MILES!! And gosh i honestly forgot how walking really makes you feel inside and out!!!! I Am going to continue to walk every morning with them and start watching what i eat!! and that is a PROMISE i have made to myself... When i got home i had a picture in mind, but i wanted to challenge myself to another black and white type photo!!! The kids jumped on their bikes and off walking i went again, came across this tree with the moon behind it looking amazing!!! I started snapping away!!! I must start off by saying I AM stoked that i am 20 days into my challenge, i feel REALLY good about it and so happy that i have not let myself down with it!! But, as for today it has been another nasty rainy day in the lovely town Satsuma, Al. I have had alot on my mind lately and going through alot of emotions that i do not know how to express my self nor talk to anyone about, but my picture came to my mind when i have been thinking about everything going on in my life and what a better way to express my picture with how iam feeling and what iam going through and its all about "ONLY TIME WILL TELL" meaning that all i can do is keep my head up and move forward and just keep praying about my problems and hopefully one day soon the good lord above will answer all my prayers!!! Today has just been another one of them days for me, but i rode out to the doctor office with my mom and dad, where my dad just had shoulder surgery!! and of course i take my camera everywhere!!! I was thinking ok what can my picture be today!!!! I knew when i picked my kids up from school, that i was going to be extremely busy, so the office where we was at looked cool and the first thing that came to mind was "SOMETHING WITH MIRROR or REFLECTIONS"and the weather was BEAUTIFUL today!!!

On January 18, 2002 at 10:19pm I had a beautiful baby boy, weighing in at 8lbs 21inches, My first thoughts about him, was WOW GOD has gave us our first blessing! I was just speechless from that moment. But today he is turning 8 which breaks my heart and sad, cause he is growing up TOO FAST!! But he is still just as sweet/humble as ever, His personality has grown and of course he still has a heart of gold and a SMILE that will stick with you forever!!! I must have to brag a little about my wonderful SUNDAY MORNING!!! My loving hubby let me sleep in pretty late, which made me one happy girl;) had breakfast cooked, and the laundry on the wash and can not forget my coffee ready when i got up!!! Today's Picture is all about YOUR CHILD HOOD CHARACTER, When i was a little girl, i LOVED RAINBOW BRITE, i had all the dolls, watched all the cartoons, and my room and birthdays was always in her!!!! I know as i was getting these down from the attic, my hubby says why are you so TICKLED and GIGGLY i was like i dont know i got that warm fuzzy feeling when i started looking at them and remember the GOOD OLE DAYS;) It is kinda funny, how when i grew up and started photography, that i loved bright/colorful pictures.. HUMM i guess i can say i started early with my STYLE;)

I had alot of ideas running threw my head about today's picture, but i have been so busy today!! So this is what i came up with!!

Okay, so what's so great about the cartoon characters from the 80's? Well...they were imaginative, unique, cute and just SO adorable!!! *Smile* When I was little, I LOVED Rainbow Brite and I still do. I guess you could say that I'm a little girl at heart. (Smile)

Gosh, what a busy day i have had today, I have never posted my picture this late, but i had to sit down and take the time to post my blog!!!.. I truly Believe without LOVE and PEACE you will never find or have HAPPINESS. I wanted to try something different with this, so since alot of my pictures are more on the COLORFUL SIDE, i did this out of CANDY!!!

To love and to be loved is the beauty of life. Many people yearn for peace, love and happiness myself included. Love brings happiness that is what we are made to think from very early stages in life. Must we make others happy for us to be happy too? These are some of the dangerous myths in life that can keep you standing on your way to happiness. It is a bad life where we try to please others through out our lives. If this fails people usually become bitter, resentful and in most cases hateful to people we fail to please. If we do not resist the planted seed of co-dependence we are doomed to live for others. Happiness just like love is energy and when it is shared it brings out the best results.

Try to think of a moment when you share out a joke with a friend. The laughter brings out bursts of laughter that makes you feel so good. The exchange of this energy we call happiness is what gives a good feeling. A happy person attracts a lot of love because it is easily reflected in out every activity. This creates a strong bond between love and happiness. For instance people will always return your charming smile even though they are strangers. That is the best reflection of self-happiness. On the other hand, if you are frowning and looking ugly and angry, people will helplessly scowl at you. There is a common adage that 'life is hard, and we have to struggle to be happy.'

My husband and I have been raising Amercian Pitbull Terriers going on since we have been together for 10years, and he and his family has raised them pratcially all his life, But it does bother me that they have SUCH A HORRIBLE REPUTATION. It is all on how you RAISE THEM!!

When discussing the temperament of the American Pitbull Terrier you have to talk about two categories: Responsible Owners, and Non Responsible Owners. The proper pitbull temperament is created by responsible owners. A well raised pit is said to be one of the most loyal, loving dog breeds. Pits can also be great with children. They tolerate children playing much better then other breeds. Remember though, these are the dogs that are raised by responsible owners. They are intelligent, easily trained, obedient, and they are eager to please their owners.

What the media misses in its coverage of the breed are the many positive aspects of owning a pitbull. The history alone tells you, if raised properly and handled with care and love a pitbull can be a wonderful pet.

The majority of the stories you hear on the news about pitbulls are those with irresponsible owners. The problem with the media's portrayal of the Pitbull terrier is the fact that they are grouping a variety of different dog breeds into one. The American Staffordshire Terrier and Staffordshire Bull Terrier are often included in these reports of bites or vicious behavior, when in fact they are not actually American Pitbull Terriers. This only adds fuel to a fire that continuously burns in the news.

*Ok so as i got up this morning, my first thing was WONDER what my picture of the day is going to be?!?! Well, seeings iam in the great town of ALABAMA we have not gotten SNOW in years and we are just hoping and praying that one day IT WILL FALL a little bit at least to let the kids see and enjoy it** But A few people told me about this Icicle Tree close to where i lived and said "Rachel you should so Get your camera and take a picture of that tree" Seeings how we never see anything like this in our town!!! So i went to get it and got their, and WOW it was breathtaking!!! and of course i had to take MORE THAN ONE;)

It just amazes me how girls can be these days, I treasure my friendships, I may not have but a few, but in this day and time! That's all i want...I can lay down at night and truly know that the ones i do have i can trust with everything..I know this is not as creative as my mind can get with my pictures, but i wanted to take the time to let all my TRUE FRIENDS know how much they mean to me!!!!! Iam going to try this BLOGGING thing, for many reason and for others to see!!! I have been into Photography for a very long time, and i have tried for 3 years to do a Photography challenge, and that's where you take a picture everyday until the end of the year!!!! And of course, i have only made it to like MARCH or APRIL, but i must say my GOAL for 2010 is to finish my challenge!!!! But for my first day picture, as my kids are outside playing in the dirt at my mothers house!! My mind has been rambling all day on what my picture could be!!! The skies were ohh so pretty and i looked at zane, and said "Go grab some markers" of course he is like HERE mom goes with her pictures!!!! But i put 2010 on their hands and got under them and took the picture!! and of course my quote has to match perfectly with the picture i take!! So my caption for my picture was "
♥♥ In the year of 2010, Concentrate on Finding your Goals and then REACHING for them ♥♥
